Shipping period in France and worldwide
All our orders are shipped within 48 hours (working days) maximum after receipt of your payment. Orders placed on the site on Friday after 12 noon, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed the next working day.
delivery time
The average delivery time by La Poste is between 2 and 4 working days for mainland France, and 3 to 9 working days by Colissimo International for the rest of the world (it can vary depending on customs formalities). You can also choose faster delivery (within 24 hours) by Express carrier.
All packages are accompanied by a tracking number delivered with or without signature.
Shipping
In mainland France (outside DOM-TOM), home delivery, post, in Pickup & Instructions Pickup Station is free.
In Europe, home delivery with Colissimo International is offered from € 75 purchase.
In the rest of the world, home delivery with Colissimo International is offered from € 150 purchase.
Conditioning
In order to guarantee you optimal delivery, we provide particular care for the packaging of our glasses
By protecting them properly in oversized packages.

Return conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and decide to withdraw, you can make a return request from your customer account on our site (via the command/details/return request tab). You just have to send us the product (s) for free (if you are in mainland France) thanks to the prepaid return label that we will send you by e-mail.
We will then have to return the items (s) in their original packaging within 30 days after receipt of the package and as it is. Valid condition on all the articles on the site, outside the braderie section, sales and flash sales. More info in our CGVS.
Refund conditions
We will reimburse you upon receipt and control of your package.
